L1 Safeguarding of Adults and Children

This product contains two courses. The first is designed for healthcare professionals. The second is for professionals working in a setting where they need awareness of L1 Safeguarding. The courses are substantially the same, you can watch the one most appropriate for your job role.  L1 safeguarding is the fundamental level of safeguarding training that professionals undergo to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals, such as children, young people, and adults at risk of harm or abuse. This training equips you with the necessary knowledge and skills to recognize signs of abuse, respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns, and take necessary actions to protect those at risk. You might need L1 safeguarding training for several reasons: Legal Requirements: Many professions, such as teachers, healthcare workers, social workers, and childcare providers, are legally required to undergo safeguarding training to comply with safeguarding laws and regulations. Duty of Care: Professionals have a duty of care to protect vulnerable individuals in their care from harm or abuse. L1 safeguarding training helps professionals understand their responsibilities and how to fulfill their duty of care effectively. Full video & audio training with quizzes (requires approx two hours to complete). Two CPD points on completion, and a completion certificate. Full course access for 30 days.
